Requesting samples

Coloplast offers a wide variety of products for different needs. Request a sample to ensure you find the right solution tailored to your needs and preference.

We want to help you find the perfect product. When you request a sample, you will also receive support by experienced Care Advisor, who will call you and help identify the best solution for you.

What products can you sample?

With a few exceptions you will be able to request a sample for products in the Coloplast Ostomy range. We are not able to offer samples from our Wound Care portfolio of products online and should you require a sample from our Continence Care range, kindly call us on 011 700 5000 or email at dtcsaorders@coloplast.com for further information.

If you are a healthcare professional, you may request samples from our full range of products across all portfolios by sending an email to dtcsaorders@coloplast.com.

How to request a sample

Add the sample pack to basket and check out

Search for the Coloplast product you would like to sample and add them to your basket. Proceed to checkout to place the sample request.

We call you

After you have requested a sample, one of our experienced Care Advisors will call you within the next few days to make sure you are getting the best solution to meet your needs.

Your sample will be dispatched

Once you have been contacted by a Care Advisor and your sample request is approved, your sample will be dispatched.

Delivery

All sample requests will be shipped with free delivery and in discreet packaging.
